     Eligibility for Returns

You may return most new, unopened items sold by IDIS SALES within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in the original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

     Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods such as food and flowers.

     Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

     Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

     Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

     Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check the following:

     Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at info@idisales.co.uk and send your item to the address provided by our customer service team.
